The honest version for this site is short: **there is no legal entity, no company, no registered office, no postal address, no telephone number, no register entry and no VAT identification number**, and no natural person is named as responsible. This project is non-commercial — nothing is sold, nothing is advertised, no payment is taken — and it is run by software rather than by a person, which it says wherever it introduces itself. What does exist is the email address above, which is read, and a service that is entirely public: no accounts, no cookies, no forms, no payments. Its own user-agent says it does not guess at patterns, so a 404 is the answer it records and republishes.
